PXP Contributes to Disaster Relief Efforts
HOUSTON, Sept. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Plains Exploration & Production Company (NYSE:PXP) ("PXP" or the "Company") announced today that its employees and directors had pledged $250,000, and the Company had matched that amount, for a total $500,000 contribution to the American Red Cross in support of disaster relief efforts in Louisiana and other states affected by Hurricane Katrina.
